United's History

United's History
Since 1950, United Community has been dedicated to exceptional service for our communities, customers, and each other, starting as Union County Bank in Blairsville, Georgia.

Over 75 years, we've maintained a small-town feel while expanding to meet diverse customer needs with complex products and services. Our relentless focus on becoming a legendary bank, guided by our core values, has ensured our growth, strength, and stability through challenging times.

In 2023, we modernized the look of our brand. This updated visual identity expresses who United is and differentiates us from others in the market. This adjustment aligns with our purpose of building communities and showcases our commitment to providing unparalleled banking service while caring deeply for the communities in which we live and work.

The transition to our new logo involved a thoughtful redesign, simplifying the concept to focus on the initials "U" and "C" for United Community. This clean and modern letter mark reflects both our heritage and forward vision. The letter mark itself can also stand alone to represent our brand.

Our refreshed logo mark features a symbol combining the letters U and C. The mark is representative of our commitment to our communities and how we come together to achieve success. The refreshed color palette is more vibrant and energetic, a reflection of who we are as an organization.
